Statement to voters
I am pleased to announce I have been selected to be the Conservative Party Candidate in the Wreake Valley by-election on the 17th September.
Full statement
I have spent more than half my adult life serving the communities of the Wreake Valley, nine years so far as the County Councillor for Syston Fosse and very nearly ten years as the Borough Councillor for the old Wreake Villages Ward.
I am very clear on my priorities:
- Working to tackle the devastating impact of flooding.
- Continue working with residents across the Wreake Valley to oppose the overdevlopment which is blighting our countryside; and
- Continuing to lead the fight against Labour's expansion of Leicester- dragging thousands of people into a city they don't identify with.
Please support me on the 17th September so I can champion Syston and our villages on Charnwood Borough Council.
