Statement to voters
I have had a long career in public service having worked in the NHS and for the borough council, West Lancashire Council for Voluntary Service and Lancashire Fire & Rescue. I have spent many years as a serving member of the Territorial Army.
Having been a councillor since 2008 and representing the residents of Ormskirk on both West Lancashire Borough Council and Lancashire County Council.
During the pandemic, I worked on the Covid Vaccination Programme as an NHS responder, delivering medical supplies and groceries, and offering social support to residents in isolation.
