Phil Twiss is the County Councillor for Feniton & Honiton, having been first elected to the role in May 2017.

Phil was also an East Devon District Councillor for Honiton St Michael's from 2011 to 2023. He now holds the position of Cabinet Member for Finance on DCC and is the Treasurer of Honiton & Sidmouth Conservatives.

Phil is campaigning hard in his division to improve broadband speeds, fix the potholes and hold the utility companies to account.

Recently, Phil has succeeded in getting new Zig-Zag lines painted outside Feniton Primary School and has got a new winter grit bin & 30mph extension in Buckerell.

On May 1st 2025, Phil is seeking re-election to Devon County Council and he would appreciate your support. He will be out and about campaigning with the team in the coming months and he looks forward to meeting you.
