Jackie has lived and worked in Llangattock for over 30 years coming originally from Sussex. Her interests have spanned equality and diversity, environmental campaigning to health and social care. She remains very active in Llangattock as director of two community renewable energy companies and is chair of a local environmental charity, which she founded.

Jackie is also Chair of Brecknockshire and Radnorshire Lib Dem Executive Committee.
