Liskeard FM presenter Phil Seeva has lots of Local Government experience having served on Cornwall Council for five years for Menheniot, including as the Conservative Group Leader. He has also been the Mayor of Liskeard. Phil is determined to get the best deal for the Menheniot, St Cleer and St Neot area. Recently he has worked with local MP Sheryll Murray on proposed improvements to the A38.
