Statement to voters
In Loughton 40 years, 25 years a cllr on Town, 15 on County 7 on District. I'm a Loughton local historian and author. My aim always, is to protect and enhance Loughton and represent residents. I’m against intensification of development. I want to keep Loughton Library as it is, a vital community hub, not a small library dwarfed by flats. I’ll resist a charging zone to drive to Epping or Waltham Abbey. The thousand new dwellings in Loughton need moving AWAY from the Forest altogether.
