Penny Henderson has been selected to contest Windermere. Penny was a head teacher for Goodly Dale Primary School for 7 years so has a particular interest in education. Penny has campaigned successfully in Windermere to keep the local toilets open after the Liberal Democrat controlled District Council withdrew its support.
