Statement to voters

I am a local college lecturer, so I live and work here.

Full statement

I’ve also had a career as a medical writer, and am passionate about protecting our NHS, as well as ensuring it’s fit for the future.

As a former Town Councillor and Deputy Mayor in Hayle, I am well aware of local issues and have dealt with highly sensitive matters, such as domestic abuse.

I want to be a voice and effective agent for vulnerable people who need to know someone’s fighting their corner. Proud to have been trained by the Labour Womens Network Jo Cox Women in Leadership programme.

This statement was last updated on Jan. 27, 2025.
