Julian says, "I have been a town councillor in Bridport since 2015 and a Green Party member for about 25 years.

I am intending to stand for Dorset Council in May, hoping to have the chance to represent radical, green-minded Bridport there."
"My past career has included working in the civil service and for the Royal Commission on Environmental Pollution, and as a transport planner in local government."
"I am the Treasurer of, and now a resident of Bridport Cohousing. I do voluntary work for the Dorset wildlife trust and am also a Sustrans ranger for a section of the cycle route NCN2 between Bridport and Litton Cheney."
"While Bridport is a great town it is not immune from the huge inequalities that plague the UK and I believe we will not succeed in tackling global heating and wildlife destruction unless that goes hand in hand with a far more equal society."
