Statement to voters

I have lived in the borough for many years. A teacher by training, I was a Deputy Headteacher for many years before becoming a school improvement adviser. I am deeply passionate about education in our country and ensuring all of our young people get the best possible start in life.

I believe in democratic local accountability and will work tirelessly to ensure the Council work closely with all schools regardless of their status, academy or maintained. I oppose all cuts to services from our local hospital and privatisation of the NHS.

This statement was added by David Grant, their team, or by a Democracy Club volunteer, based on information published by the candidate elsewhere.
