Born and raised in Upton on Severn in the Harker family.

Fully involved in many local voluntary groups & organisations (Trustee Hanley Castle Academy, treasurer Queenhill WI, volunteer Tudor House museum, Queenhill church PCC, Hanley Voices).
Part of a strong Conservative team for Worcestershire.
My plan for Croome:
- Continue to tackle flooding
- Backing our farmers
- Supporting our local pubs
- Making roads safe in Kempsey
- Helping Upton to thrive
- Continuing highways improvements
I have extensive experience as a senior councillor in a unitary authority - the only candidate that can stand up for Croome residents as we are obliged to go unitary.
The Greens want to raise council tax by 15%. Conservatives always keep it as low as possible. The Greens have no long term vision for our area - they put ideology before practical & bold ideas.
