George is a resident of Wickford and considers it important that we have a Councillor for Wickford that serves all.

He is currently studying Economics at the University of Essex, learning how economics affects our lives and how an effective council is essential to deliver best value high quality services.
Having grown up in Wickford and attended Bromfords School, George volunteered for Light Up Wickford (which provides our Christmas lights), Basildon Borough Youth Council, Nevendon Project and the Youth Strategy Group, showing how the community coming together can achieve many great things. He had the privilege of carrying the Olympic Torch for the London 2012 Games for his voluntary work.
