I chose to put my name forward for this election because I believe our town deserves better.

Bingley has been my home all my life, it’s where I have been educated, worked and raised my family. I care passionately about the future of our town and community. However time and time again we miss out on local investments and the fair share of resources we deserve due to the complacency of our current local representatives. I am determined to bring about change in Bingley, and be a strong voice for our town.

My track record of standing up for the people of Bingley is one I am extremely proud of. I am a keen advocate of community action; I am Co-Chair of Friends of Bingley Pool and Chair of the Bingley Remembrance Day Committee.

It would be an honour to represent you and the town I love on the District Council. From taking action to support local businesses and raising our town’s profile to addressing parking and highway issues, there is so much we can do to make Bingley a better place to live.
