Stephen Robinson has a track record as a hard-working Chelmsford campaigner and Councillor. His career has been in communications in the not-for-profit / charity sector.

# Protect the local NHS (he was a leader in the campaign to keep a full A&E service at Broomfield Hospital)
# Stop the Conservatives' hard Brexit from Europe, which threatens over 10,000 jobs in Chelmsford

On Chelmsford Council, Stephen has led the fight against Conservative plans to cram development into the wrong places without investment in public services. We need housing that is affordable and sustainable, and high-value local jobs. Stephen created the Don't Choke Chelmsford campaign, which aims to encourage sustainable development in the area.
