Statement to voters
I am passionately committed to the town I grew up in and care so much about its people - with a particular interest in homelessness and the impact of people forced to sleep rough, their education and mental health. I am a proud Mum to 3 children aged 27, 22 and 20. My daughter has had health issues for 9 years and we have always been indebted to the NHS for the care given local hospitals and those further afield. I believe in services being available close to home and, if elected, will work tirelessly to try and improve health services in our area and am again proud to stand in the area in which I live.
