Statement to voters

I was raised in Muswell Hill and still live there.

I have been involved in many local welfare and charity initiatives over the last 10 years, including the local soup kitchen, elderly befriending projects, and am currently coordinating a night shelter for local homeless people. I have organised projects, events and international conferences, and have always been active politically on concerns such as local education, healthcare, refugees, and homelessness. I believe strongly in local government, and local people having the power to change their own communities. I am very keen to hear your worries, suggestions, and ideas about how we can make this area the best it can be, whilst working with other Haringey councillors to deliver results across the borough.

This statement was added by Anna Lawton, their team, or by a Democracy Club volunteer, based on information published by the candidate elsewhere.
