I now have 9 grand and great-grandchildren, who are the delight of my life.

My children all attended local schools and I have been a school governor at Highwood and remain one at Southlake. I’m delighted that both schools will be joining the Multi-Academy Trust, Orchard Learning Alliance, which will eventually have nine local schools. We enter exciting times with local people managing local schools for our children.

I have served on both Woodley Town Council and Wokingham Borough Council in many capacities over the last 30 years. During this last year I have been highly honoured to serve as the Mayor of the Borough. This has allowed me to meet many residents and thank them for their contribution to making our borough such a good place to live and work.

I am asking that you put your trust in me once again to work for you and with you. As a team, your Lib Dem councillors will continue our work to make Wokingham Borough a great place to live. Please vote for me again to serve you in the future as I have, willingly, in the past.
