I’m standing as an Independent candidate for Westhoughton South with a clear set of priorities focused on what really matters to residents:

• Value for money – greater transparency and accountability to stop wasteful spending

• Fix our roads properly – no more short-term patches, tackle potholes for good

• Safer streets – work with police to reduce anti-social behaviour

• Stronger community voice – make sure residents are heard and involved

• Cleaner, greener neighbourhoods – tackle fly-tipping and improve street cleaning

• Better spaces for children – safe, modern play areas for families

This is about focusing on the basics, listening to residents, and delivering real improvements for our town.
