Josh represents Calder ward on Calderdale Metropolitan Council. He was also the Labour candidate for Calder Valley in the 2015, 2017 and 2019 General Elections.

He is up for re-election in 2021 and looks forward to continuing to fight for the people of Calder Ward and the entirety of Calder Valley.

He is also the newly elected Trade Union Liaison Officer on the Executive Committee of Calder Valley CLP.
