Statement to voters

I have lived in the borough since 1971. I worked for Shell Petroleum for 5 years before joining Vitol (an Anglo/Dutch oil trading company) where I ended up a Partner in the firm after 20 years service.I became involved as a Director with Charlton Athletic FC in1991 {having been a life long supporter} and helped fund their return to the Valley.I was the Chairman of the club from 1995 until 2010. Although I no longer have any financial involvement with the club I still work voluntarily for the Charlton Athletic Community Trust as an Ambassador.I have supported the Lib Dems since their creation and joined the party after the Brexit vote to fight for the only party party that is trying to overturn that decision.
