- Kelly has lived locally in Hillingdon for over a decade - Trustee of Fassnidge Trust: Committed to supporting the elderly community in Hillingdon - Volunteers at Harefield Hospital - A lead resident on engagement with Housing Management Company - Has lead initiatives on enhancing living standards and community cohesion.
Kelly will form part of a strong team of Conservative Councillors in Hillingdon East if elected.
