Malcolm has represented West Hill Ward since 1994 and has lived in Wandsworth for nearly 40 years.

He has worked on all aspects of the Council’s services, including supporting residents over the AELTC’s plans for Wimbledon Park Golf Course; pressing for tighter controls on Lime Bikes; pushing TfL to improve the West Hill subway at the top of Beaumont Road; addressing the growing problem of litter in the area; promoting the interests of Council tenants and leaseholders; and addressing many thousands of individual problems with housing, schooling, social care and so on. He has published a book looking at the history of West Hill and Wimbledon Park Side over the last 200 years or more. He works in energy policy and is often seen and heard on TV and radio.
