Amrit Mann, is a dedicated and experienced leader, having served as Deputy Leader of the London Borough of Hounslow (2014-18), Mayor of London Borough of Hounslow (2011/12) is now campaigning for Feltham & Heston. Amrit is an Honorary Freeman of the Borough for his outstanding service to the community and brings a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in our area. Why Vote for Amrit Mann? * Experienced Leadership: * Honoured as a Freeman of the Borough for his service & commitment to the constituency & its residents. * Deep roots in the community with a strong track record of service. 30+ years as a Local Government Councillor in service to the people of Hounslow & 40+ as a Hounslow resident. * Advocate for Justice and Fairness: In the 1990’s Amrit worked as a Human Right Lawyer. * Actively participates in private and public debates speaking on issues which affect the public. Listens to the COST OF LIVING concerns and want to renationalise all utilities including gas, electric and railways where bills are only going UP. Supports a fully funded NHS to cut waiting times for doctors appointments & operations.
