Statement to voters

Liz has lived in Worcester Park Ward since 2014. Previously Liz lived in Wandsworth and campaigned for Labour in the Southfields ward.

In her professional role she works with senior Labour politicians in putting across Labour's core messages in local government, so has the knowledge needed to make a strong local Councillor for this area.

Her core values are that of fairness, equality, integrity and social justice.

If elected she would focus on fighting for decent homes for all, especially Council and genuinely affordable homes. She would also want to tackle the difficulties around traffic congestion and parking in Worcester park. She is an asthma sufferer so is acutely aware of the pollution caused by congestion in the ward. Finally defending the retention of St Helier hospital and improving local health services, particularly social care for those in need in our community.

Liz is a proud member of Unite the Union, and is a Carer.
