Dean was born at St Helier Hospital, has a lifelong association with Sutton and now lives in Chiltern Road. His work in the charity and faith sector has given him a wide knowledge of issues such as social care and adult and child protection. Dean and his wife are proud to be raising their three children in the borough and he is keen to see his local community flourish.
