Margaret Sinclair has been a resident in Sutton since 1978. She has 2 daughters who attended local primary and secondary schools. Margaret is the retired Head of St Marys Infants School in Carshalton and has been a School governor at a local primary school in St Helier. Margaret continues to work tirelessly to make it every child’s right, regardless of circumstances, to make the best possible progress at school.
