Statement to voters

"I am from the mining community of Dordon and I am the sister to 8 brothers and 3 sisters. I came to live in Atherstone in the 70s where I married and shortly after had my son Christopher. I have lived in the town for over 40 years.

I worked in the local Hat, Knitwear, and Shoe factories from 1975 and when I was made redundant, I took the opportunity to go to College and University to study Business Administration & Finance. For the past 20 years I have worked full time in the Automotive industry.

I consider myself to be a hardworking person; who is committed and passionate about improving our community for everyone."
