"Howard has been Spelthorne’s Cabinet Member for Finance since 2016 and has used his 30+ years of experience in commercial finance to produce significant new income for the borough, so protecting services for residents despite severe cuts in funding from central government.

Howard lives in Moor Lane, has lived in Spelthorne for 35 years, mostly in Staines, including around 15 years in Penton Road.
Howard is Spelthorne’s finance representative on the cross-borough flood prevention scheme and if elected will put fresh focus on the issue of flood prevention and the supply of affordable housing in the borough."
