Statement to voters
"Victoria, 22 is a second year Natural Sciences student at Lancaster University.
She works both for Green Lancaster and also as a climbing instructor at the Lancaster University Sports Centre.
She is competitively involved in five different sports teams at university, her favourites being kayaking and rock climbing, and any day off will see her running up hills in the Lake District training for an ultra marathon.
Victoria was recently involved in campaigning for support for the climate emergency declaration by the City Council.
She says: "I’d like to be elected to bring my passion for a sustainability-focused future to city council policies and programmes. I think the local Green Party manifesto is spot on for Lancaster and want to help make Lancaster a better and more sustainable city.""
