Statement to voters
Born and brought up Renfrewshire, I joined the Prison Service aged 21.

When I retired my family fostered for a number of years locally. When I move to the Bristol area I worked within the parole service. When I returned to Renfrewshire I worked with the local council in the care sector, I now care for my wife. Having stood previously in 2015 & 2017 General Elections in Thornbury and Yate, when I lived near Bristol, for the GPEW. I am fully aware we have wasted the last 14 years tackling the climate crisis. We have also seen the worst fall in living standards since the Napoleon times and a cost of living crisis. Change was the reason for Brexit, the need for change will now hand Labour the biggest majority ever given to a Prime Minister, we need strong Greens voices to hold the next Government to account and ensure there is real action on climate change and investment in renewables to help reduce our energy costs and end the Cost of living crisis. The UN made clear earlier this week that its now crunch time for the climate. We need to vote like our future depends on it.
