Statement to voters

Martin is degree qualified Landscape Architect and conservation volunteer who works on open spaces throughout the area to increase biodiversity and accessibility for the benefit of the environment and the community.

‘I grew up in Cosby before studying at The University of Sheffield and have since returned to the village.

I am keen to represent Cosby and South Whetstone as I am passionate about the growing issues that impact, and will continue to impact our environment and society, both locally and globally.

It has never been more important to change the way we view and live our day to day lives. I want to raise awareness of green issues such as waste and consumption and promote sustainable transport, whilst simultaneously tackling pollution and traffic congestion’."
