I have represented the Maldon Division as their County Councillor since 2021 and I am the Deputy Cabinet Member for Health and Adult Social Care.
I’ve used this platform to help residents with a range of issues including successful School Place Appeals, Adult Social Care Support, Campaigns against Development in the Countryside, Road Safety Concerns, Highways Maintenance and to strongly advocate for the Support and Rights of Unpaid Carers, and the provision of Better Bus Services in the Maldon District.
My priorities are:
 Efficient Council Services and Low Council Tax
 Working with the NHS to deliver true joined up Neighbourhood Health & Care in the Maldon District with St Peter’s Hospital at its core
 Campaigning for the Support and Rights of Unpaid Carers
 Delivery of School Places in the locations where they are needed
 Continued Investment in Road Maintenance
 Continued Investment in Road Safety
 Better Bus Services so that work, college, shopping, GP and Hospital appointments are accessible for all
 Protection of our Rural and Coastal Landscapes
 Championing the Maldon District and its Unique Character
