Statement to voters

Tracey has lived in the Gainsborough area since the age of 9.

Full statement

Her parents, with a background in farming and business, moved to Lincolnshire to develop what is now a conservation award winning retirement village. Following a Bachelor of Arts degree at Nottingham University, and running her own business for a while, Tracey returned to Lincolnshire in her late 20’s to join the family business. Now married with a child, Tracey continues to work in the business as a Director and owner, as well as having developed skills and qualifications in natural and therapeutic health modalities; one of her interests.

In her role as District Councillor for the Stow ward, elected in May 2019, as well as offering support to the residents of her ward, she works hard on her committee commitments at West Lindsey District Council and is proud to be Chair of the working party for Environment, Sustainability and Climate Change; Member Champion for Environment and Climate Change; Vice-Chairman of Prosperous Communities Committee and is a Deputy Whip. Protecting the environment is important to Tracey who campaigns to bring awareness around the issues of Climate Change as well as health and well-being.

With her background in business, it is understandable that Tracey is also interested in the needs of businesses and has a ‘Keep it Local’ attitude to supporting our communities. Child welfare is also close to her heart.
