The challenges faced by Surrey Heath, and by Bagshot in particular, are complex and require both local knowledge and a broad experience.

Lance believes that, together with the other two Liberal Democrat candidates in the Bagshot Ward, he can make a real difference over the next four years. He has lived in the area for over 30 years and has devoted most of his time to my family and to work. Now approaching retirement, he is looking to give back to the community from both his commercial experience, but also the experience of bringing up 3 children, and being a foster carer to two teenage children.
