Paul Carter is the Devon County Council Candidate for the Otter Valley. He has also previously been a council candidate for East Devon District Council.

Paul is a community man, living in the Otter Valley with his family. He is committed to protecting green spaces and working with other councillors and bodies to solve residents' problems.

On May 1st 2025, Paul is seeking election to Devon County Council and he would appreciate your support. He will be out and about campaigning with the team in the coming months and he looks forward to meeting you.
