Serving as a Parish Councillor in Frensham has shown me what local government can achieve when it listens to residents.

The cost of living crisis is hitting families across Farnham North every day. I believe the council should ease that pressure, not add to it. That means protecting essential services, making sure council tax delivers value for money and supporting practical solutions like home insulation to bring down energy bills.

Protecting Tice's Meadow is a top priority for me. It is a precious community asset loved by walkers, birdwatchers and families across Farnham. I will fight to keep it safe from development or neglect, push for proper funding, and secure Surrey Hills National Landscape status.

On Woking's inherited debt crisis, this is not something we chose. We are forced to take it on, but the key is handling it correctly. I will protect frontline services and demand better financial governance so past mistakes are not repeated.
