Statement to voters

As far as local government is concerned I believe that community comes first
and party politics last.
I have always been a Wythall Residents Association Councillor because I want
to have the freedom to be independent, to put you, my residents first, with
the benefit of support from a network of Wythall Residents Association and
other independent councillors.
I have lived in Wythall for nearly 40 years and am an active member of the
community, promoting a sense of community and campaigning on local issues as
they arise.
I have served as a school governor and managed the village hall for over 10
years. I was a founder trustee of the charity Wythall Together which amongst
other things runs our Community Transport.
I have been and will continue to be an approachable and active councillor,
I have the energy, enthusiasm and commitment to fight for the best interests
of all residents.
