Graham is a solicitor running his own practice and an Independent Financial Adviser. He has been active in the Lib Dems for 30+ years, and is currently President of Lib Dem Lawyers.
A lifelong Europhile, he served as the Chair of the Aberystwyth Group for Europe whilst at university. He attended the College of Europe and studied European Law. Currently, he is a member of the UK Association of European Law.
