Statement to voters

Resident in Meon Valley for over 20 years, Malcolm is an engineer with many years’ experienceleading large, multi-national industrial projects. Malcolm values the special qualities of the natural environment of the Meon Valley and will always seek to protect them. Addressing the climate emergency is both a global and a local responsibility that will require strengthened communities, bringing back services and local businesses.
