Alex is passionate about creating a green and sustainable future for our community.

He has campaigned to increase local train services, and supports the Liberal Democrat's campaign to prevent the closure of the Billingshurst recycling unit. In addition, he is part of a local litter picking group and believes more should be done to support safe cycle networks. He works as a journalist specialising in finance and has launched a sustainable finance group for some of Europe's largest pension funds - bringing together experts who will finance our future.
Alex, his wife and their three young children live in the local area, along with his extended family. He values local identity and, as a Parish Councillor, works to conserve the neighbourhood. Alex has personal experience of local services including education and provision for the elderly. He wants to ensure everyone has the opportunity and freedom to pursue their goals regardless of who they are and where they come from.
