"The Lib Dem team are doing fantastic work bringing about real change for Leigh and its residents. I'm particularly impressed with all they are doing on the environment which is so important to protecting people's health and ensuring a future for the next generations.
"As a Councillor for West Leigh, I will aim to work hard to build on this change, ensuring residents' voices are heard and the issues which matter to them are given full consideration."
