Leah Webster is Labour’s Council Candidate for Ryburn Ward at the 2021 local elections.

She writes:
“I have lived in Ryburn all my life and the area and its residents are important to me. I have dedicated my time to supporting those within my local community with everything from shopping, litter picking, form filling and much more. I’m also the parent of 3 disabled children and have spent several years campaigning and raising awareness of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities whilst providing different levels of support to local families. I will encourage our community to stand together, encourage tolerance and diversity, to spread the message that together we are stronger and can achieve so much more.
“I’m ready to work tirelessly to support each resident, to advocate, voice concerns, ideas and general the feedback of my community.
“Ryburn is a beautiful place to live with a lovely community and I want to ensure that this continues and that our community thrives for your family and mine. I’m driven, dedicated and will fight for what is just and right.”
