I have lived in Bicester Town Centre for just over 9 years.

I have 1 son who attends Longfields school. I can often be found taking advantage of the various 5k healthy routes around Bicester with my family walking our 2 dogs.

My husband is a veteran and I am passionate about supporting our armed forces which is why I’m incredibly proud to have achieved free parking in council car parks on Remembrance Sunday from this year.

I have worked in finance since leaving school and over the past 28 years alongside studying for various professional qualifications progressed to Head of Finance for an international IT business.

I currently work as a Finance Manager for a Management Consulting Company having taken a step back for family and community.

I am passionate about the future of the area we all call home and have a reputation at work for being the go to person to get things done and who would know the answer or could find it if even out of my remit.

My areas of interest are:

• Improve Play Parks - including continuing to push for a Splash Park at Garth Park.

• Oppose any exploration into 3 weekly green bin collections.

• Stand with Firefighters against the planned cuts in Oxfordshire.

• Introduction of Banking Hubs in Libraries

• Improve Pioneer Square by holding those responsible to account.

• Reverse the plans to close the toilets at Pioneer Square.

• Ensuring EWR and OCC consider the impact of the London Road Crossing plans on the Launton Road and ensure mitigation is in place and not just ignored.

• Holding OCC to account for the state of our roads. (My camera role is mostly pictures of the potholes I’ve reported)

• Budgets/Spending getting the best value and efficient use of council funds.

I want to be here to help and support the community as a whole and want to be available to listen to all areas of concern. Over the last 5 years I’ve maintained a Facebook page full of information to keep the community informed.
