Statement to voters
Eva has served as a family and child lawyer in the community for 40 years, her home, her work and her heart are in the constituency and she understands local needs and values because like you she lives there.
Full statement
She self-describes as the ‘bionic candidate’ because the Scottish NHS saved her life; giving her a couple of dozen prosthetic legs over the years and custom-building her a titanium spine.
Eva will always put her constituents first. A strong fighter for women and children's rights, she strives for true equality and is determined to see the eradication of poverty, financial and of aspiration.
Eva said. “Since Scotland’s independent autonomous education and health services created and rebuilt me, I intend to return the favour by helping to rebuild Scotland as an independent, peace loving egalitarian country where everyone can afford to eat and heat free from the threats of poverty and homelessness. Scotland's greatest resource is our people and we all deserve the chance to realise our full potential.”
