What happens in Bridgnorth matters to me very much. The Covid 19 pandemic brought to my attention ways in which I could really help our community. I became a volunteer with the Covid 19 support group, helping the vulnerable residents in our community. I have also been volunteering as a Marshall at the local health centre with the vaccine rollout. I really enjoy this work and feel a real sense of what it means to be part of the community. I want to continue to help and these unprecedented events have made me realise that I have something to offer the people of Bridgnorth and surrounding areas and that I can make a difference. I am upset with the neglect, not just of the physical appearance and state of our town, but also the decline in community services that make our town a great place to live and support the vulnerable.I want to protect our great town from further cuts, reductions in valuable facilities and decisions being made that do not benefit us, the residents, but rather make money for others.
