I was born at Doncaster Royal Infirmary and I am Doncaster through and through I live here, I work here and my children go to school here.
Full statement
I am proud to call Doncaster my home but our forgotten community is frequently misunderstood by London-based politicians. I will focus on real job opportunities and high quality jobs for the area that is geographically so well placed. I will focus on real flood action not just blaming climate change and I believe in stopping the war on motorists and having no ULEZ style charges. As a City Council councillor for Sprotbrough I have already helped secure funding for the Hickleton, Marr, A19 bypass that was announced by Rishi Sunak in 2023 I'm also campaigning to help deliver town councils for Mexborough, Bentley and Adwick le Stret so that they can have local democracy, a local voice and local secure funds for local projects. I’m all about Doncaster and what the North of Doncaster need. I am a Brexiteer and I believe there is a lot more to be gained from Brexit freedoms and we have only scratched the surface.
