Statement to voters

I am committed to service, having served in the Army and the National Crime Agency and I am committed to my community in Tunbridge Wells North.

Full statement

My priorities include; extending free school meals into the holiday periods to ensure that no children are going hungry, pushing for our care workers to receive at least the real living wage, pressing for meaningful action on climate change including greener housing and sufficient electric vehicle infrastructure, and I will look into realistic achievable methods to ease congestion on our roads.

If you are voting for change, I am the most likely candidate to beat the Conservative.
Tunbridge Wells North already has three Labour Councillors in Southborough & High Brooms, a Labour Mayor and Labour Town Council in Southborough, and Labour finished second at the last County Council election in 2017.

I am hoping that those voting for change will vote for me on 6th May even if they don’t normally vote Labour, if we don’t do it now we will have to wait another 4 years for change.

I am also standing for the Borough seat of St John's and will be a strong voice on the Borough Council. I will do my best to save our town from the decline we have seen under the Conservatives. In the Ward, I will focus my efforts on overcoming the congestion and parking issues, ensure you have somewhere to charge your electric vehicle in the future and work to provide our children with activities.

I will serve you with energy and compassion.

Thank you.
