Stuart has lived in both Wooburn and Bourne End for a combined 33 years.

He is active in the local community as both a local Parish Councillor and as a Buckinghamshire Councillor.
Since the 2021 election, Stuart has led an Opposition group of Independents and other councillors within Buckinghamshire Council. He sits on many of the formal committees, and has attended more public meetings than any other Buckinghamshire Councillor since the last elections. He constantly holds the Cabinet to account on how your money is spent wisely.
Stuart campaigns on finance, planning and social care issues locally and right across Buckinghamshire. He is always quick to respond to any local matter and give clear and helpful help and advice. As an Independent, Stuart believes in the importance of listening, respect for others, and working together to get things done.
