People are fed up of the political point scoring and not being listened to, meanwhile we are all talking about the same issues and coming to the same solutions. I believe we need to put party politics aside and get on with solving them, together.

We are in crisis, in so many areas: housing, healthcare, school places, doctors and dentists, roads, town centres.

My priorities are your priorities and if elected I would be getting in there cracking on with all of these key areas, and I'd be listening to you about what we need next.

I will be setting up forums all year round on important topics so you can feed in your views, and change up how we do politics locally, so that you are helping shape the solutions I feed back up to Westminster.

Having served as Mayor, a councillor for three years, and a dedicated volunteer for local charities, I have the local connections and experience to hit the ground running. We have a wonderful community, and with the right support and leadership, we can be the catalyst for positive change.

So why vote for me on 4th July? 🗳️ Here are three compelling reasons:

📣 Positive politics – I will stand up for our area and find solutions collaboratively with you. 🤝 ✅ Experienced local councillor – I bring a deep understanding of our local issues. ❤️ Broad support – With overwhelming backing, I can win and unify us on the issues that matter.

Here are some of your priorities that I will champion: 💸 Tackling the cost of living – eg. addressing energy poverty with solar power grants. 👔 Support for local businesses to thrive. 🏬 Reinvigorating and reinventing our town centres. 🚌 Better transport services and improved road infrastructure. ⛑️ Fair wages for NHS and public sector workers, combined with energy and efficiency savings. 📖 More school places and better SEND provision. 🦷 Increasing doctor and dentist capacity and improving the appointment booking system. 🏠 Solving the local housing crisis and increasing affordable housing. 💡 Improving safety through crime prevention, better street lighting, and more youth clubs. 🎭 More provisions for young people. 🧠 Better upskilling routes and pathways into local jobs.

But the most significant reason to vote for me is that I believe I can transform the way our area feels. People are disillusioned, feeling that nothing ever changes. I am here to prove otherwise. A local MP should be a true champion for the area, bringing people together to solve issues organically, revitalising our town centres, and supporting our incredible local businesses.

I aim to empower local communities to address issues at the grassroots level, combined with strategic funding from above. This is how we will make our area a vibrant place to live.
