    Colin is the Scottish Liberal Democrat candidate for the Inverness West by-election, due to be held on 12th August.

    Originally from Canada, Colin made his home in the Highlands after moving here in 2015 and has been a member of the Scottish Liberal Democrats since 2019.
    He was drawn to the Highlands because of the welcoming people, vibrant communities and unrivalled natural beauty.
    Colin has always had a keen interesting in politics and local government, and a profound belief that the best changes and policies comes from the ground up.
    Living here he has come to understand many of the key issues that locals face, and If elected will be a strong advocate for our environment, including parks and green spaces, improving the safety and standard of roads, and working with Cllr Alex Graham to be your voice on Highland Council.
